A species/race that doesn't instinctively run from threats because they've elvolved to be covered by (say for example) venomous spines, so really no predator can hurt them.

I just had the tought of the possibility of the Spectrobes fandom and ALiS fandom merging, which will obviously lead into some crossover content, ending up confusing newcomers (unlikely) by forcing them to believe that the all characters belong to the same universe.
